Altdorf in Flames

This excellent video was spotted at StS forum by Hereward the Wake. It shows parts of London during Great Fire and is surely inspirational for games of WFRP!

Video description at YouTube:

We are six students from De Montfort University taking part in the Crytek Off the Map project, building a 3D representation of 17th century London before The Great Fire.

For more information on our whole project, including concepts and processes please visit our team blog;

Edit: The makers of this video have some handy images to be used as handouts at their website. Thanks Ovid for spotting them!

WarhammerWorld

I have been writing my own hack for the Apocalypse World and while doing so went through a series of different hacks for that system. I have encountered two hacks that are build for Warhammer and decided to share them for you. You are welcome to check them out, try them out or use them as your inspiration.

Streets of Marienburg is a bigger supplement for World of Dungeons. It gives a small rules summary, character creation and whatnot to get the game started. It also has a handy reference for Marienburg that can be used in any game.

Eye of Chaos is an old hack that has little else than a starting point for a game. The knowledge of Apocalypse World is mandatory. It has a big list of Kislev names to be used though.

If there is more hacks for Apocalypse World or any other game I would be interested in them!

Harvest Time is Upon Us

Since the StS downloads sections seems to be having some problems, Ovid send his excellent WFRP2 scenario “A Bitter Harvest” to be hosted here too. Though I think it is good to have these kind of resources spread out for broader visibility, lets hope that the StS gets the section working

DOWNLOAD A Bitter Harvest (pdf)

I would also like to add that if Ovid has nothing against it, I would be glad to host conversion files for this adventure. That is if someone would be willing to convert it for WFRP3 for example.

Goog Autumn and games for everyone!
